TINY ARTIST SCHEDULE

Movement & Music Class (ages 2-3) *No Recital performance

  • Wednesday 10-10:30am with Ms. Elysia

Tiny Toes Classes (ages 3-4) — Combo classes include ballet, tap and jazz!

  • Tuesday Combo, 4:00-4:45pm with Ms. Elysia

  • Thursday Combo, 3:15-4:00pm with Ms. Elysia

KinderStarz (ages 5-6) — Take as many classes as your child wants!

  • Monday Ballet, 3:45-4:15pm Ballet with Ms. Demi

  • Monday Technique, 4:15-4:45pm Ms. Demi

  • Wednesday Tap, 3:45-4:15pm with Ms. Demi

  • Wednesday Hip Hop, 4:15-4:45pm with Ms. Faryn

  • Thursday Jazz, 4:00-4:30pm with Ms. Elysia

  • Thursday Tumble, 4:30-5:00pm with Ms. Elysia

TINY ARTIST CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AND DRESS CODE

Movement & Music

Movement & Music is designed for children ages 2-3. Dance skills will be introduced, as well as creative movement and musicality. Through games, props and exercises, young girls and boys will experiment with rhythm and movement. This is not a mommy-and-me class, but incorporates similar practices. Space is limited & children who are potty trained are encouraged. ***This is a non recital class.

Length: 30 minutes

Dress Code: non constricting attire. Student needs to be able to move freely. Bare feet or ballet slippers

Tiny Toes

Tiny Toes combo classes are geared towards 3-4 year olds who are ready to be introduced to several different styles of dance. This gives your little one a fun start to the world of dance in a slightly more focused atmosphere. Styles of dance taught in this combination class will include ballet, tap and jazz. ***All Tiny Toes classes will have one routine for Spring Recital.

Length: 45 minutes

Dress Code: females: leotard, tights, skirt, spandex shorts, leggings, etc. Hair up... males: athletic shorts or pants, tanks or tees. // Shoes... females: pink or skin tone ballet slippers (black for males) and tan tap shoes (black for males) (Capezio or Bloch tan taps with elastic are recommended).

KinderStarz

KinderStarz classes are geared towards dancers in preschool and Kindergarten. Classes are broken down by style and offered in 30-minute increments that work best for this age group! Our current KinderStarz options are Ballet, Intro Technique, Jazz, Tumble, Tap, and Hip-Hop. ***KinderStarz Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip-Hop will have a routine for Spring Recital

Length: 30 minutes each

Dress Code:

Ballet: females: pink or skin color tights, black leotard, hair in a bun. ballet skirt optional // males: black tights/leggings, black tanks or form fitting tees.

Technique/Jazz/Tumble/Tap: form fitting attire that allows dancers to move freely (leggings, jazz pants, tank top, leotard, etc). Hair up and away from the face.

Shoes: Ballet - pink/skin tone for girls, black for boys // Technique: Jazz shoes or barefoot // Jazz: Jazz shoes // Tumble: barefoot // Tap: Capezio or Bloch tap shoes with elastic recommended. // Hip-Hop: Comfortable tennis shoes with minimal traction. No bare feet.
