Logan Tharpe

Owner and Artistic Director

Logan Tharpe is an award-winning choreographer, dance educator, and the founder of Artistry Dance Alliance in Tallahassee, Florida. Known for her innovative, dynamic, and widely sought-after choreography, Tharpe’s work has earned numerous top honors and choreography awards at regional and national competitions. Her routines have been commissioned by studios, competitive dance teams, NFL Cheer teams, and Miss Florida pageants, consistently elevating dancers and programs to new levels of success.

A lifelong dancer, Tharpe began training at the age of two and went on to perform as a three-year member of the prestigious Florida State Golden Girls Dance Team. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Event Management from Florida State University, she began choreographing professionally, quickly building a reputation across Florida for creating impactful, original works.

In 2008, Tharpe relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where she joined a growing dance studio and, within a year, was named Company Director. Under her leadership, the competitive program flourished—expanding in size, reputation, and competitive prestige. Her firm-but-supportive approach, coupled with her deep care for her dancers, instilled discipline, resilience, and artistry in every student she trained.

In 2015, Tharpe returned to her hometown of Tallahassee, continuing to choreograph and teach master classes throughout North Florida before establishing Artistry Dance Alliance in 2016. Today, she is recognized not only for her award-winning choreography, but also for her commitment to developing confident, kind, and technically strong dancers who carry the lessons of the studio into all aspects of their lives.

Outside of the studio, Tharpe is a proud mother to her six-year-old daughter, Reyla, who inspires her daily and fuels her dedication to shaping the next generation of artists.

Rebecca Krumel Sanchez, MFA

Ballet Director

Rebecca Krumel Sanchez has taught in dance schools across the country. She moved to Tallahassee in 2013 to pursue her M.F.A. in Dance and stayed after graduating in 2016. From 2016-2021 she was founding ballet director at Artistry Dance Alliance in Tallahassee, adjunct faculty at FSU School of Dance, and trainer at GYROTONIC® Tallahassee. In 2021 she moved to Miami and joined GYROTONIC® Coral Gables as trainer and New World School of the Arts as modern dance faculty. She returned to Tallahassee and Artistry Dance Alliance in 2024.

Rebecca grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and trained classically under Karen Alwin, and had many influential teachers including Luis Fuentes, Alonzo King, Joetta Jercinovich, and Kathleen Mitchell. She performed, competed, and spent summers on scholarship at prestigious professional dance companies. After high school Rebecca furthered her training at the Boston Ballet and later joined Columbia City Ballet in South Carolina. She received a B.A. in Dance and English from the University of South Carolina and an M.F.A. in Dance from Florida State University. She has also studied teaching Límon technique with Daniel Lewis and Donna Krasnow, and is a certified Pilates instructor and licensed GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer.

Her performing experience includes classical and neoclassical ballets, works by modern dance pioneers and contemporary dance artists including George Balanchine, Martha Graham, Twyla Tharp, Lynne Taylor-Corbett, Thaddeus Davis and Ohad Naharin. In Tallahassee she performed and choreographed with Ircamar Garcia, Camerata South, and is currently dancer and guest choreographer with Music in Motion Dance Company.

Her choreography has been presented by University of SC Dance, FSU School of Dance, ACDA Southeastern Conference, American Dance Festival, USF Dance Festival, Wildwood Ballet, South Georgia Center for the Arts, North Florida PBS with Camerata South Orchestra, New World School of the Arts and Miami Dade College.

Elysia Fogleman

Elysia Fogleman, a Tallahassee, Florida native, graduated from Lawton Chiles High School in 2024. She has competed with Artistry Dance Alliance for eight seasons. She is currently attending Florida State University to pursue a business degree. Elysia began competitive dancing at the age of twelve and has maintained her dedication ever since. Her passion and drive have earned her valuable opportunities with Artistry Dance Alliance, where she has assisted instructors, deepening her knowledge and appreciation of the art form. This experience has made her incredibly excited to begin this new season!

Elysia is thrilled to continue teaching at Artistry. She is honored to continue working alongside the faculty at Artistry and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with the dancers.

Nailah Lee

Nailah Lee is an aspiring artist from Jacksonville, Florida, and a proud graduate of Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. She is currently a rising senior at Florida State University, majoring in Dance with a minor in Psychology. Nailah has trained with renowned institutions both nationally and internationally, including LAX in Paris, The Field Center, and Orange Grove Dance. She has also worked with esteemed choreographers such as Peter Chu, Nia Love, and the choreographic duo Colette Krogol and Matt Reeves.

Passionate about both teaching and choreography, Nailah specializes in high-energy contemporary and improvisational work. Her classes focus on building strong, expressive movers through collaborative experiences that challenge artistic boundaries and encourage dancers to critically engage with movement. Nailah strives to cultivate a dynamic and supportive environment where dancers not only grow technically but also develop a deeper understanding of their artistic voice and the impact they wish to make in the world.

Nailah is super excited to be a part of Artistry Dance Alliance and looks forward to dancing alongside so many talented artists. She is eager to push her boundaries as a teacher and inspire students to become the best version of themselves.

Audrey Rowe

Audrey Rowe is from Tampa, Florida where she’s danced since she was three years old. Training at Elsa Pardo Dance Center and later The Dance Haus, she’s received multiple national title championship awards, as well as been recognized for her storytelling, technique and artistry. 

Having attended competitions and conventions since she was eight, she’s well versed in a multitude of styles and focused in contemporary, acro, flexibility, and conditioning. Her open mindedness and passion allowed her to assist amongst different class styles and variety of choreographers. As the senior captain at TDH, she’s had experience with all ages, and played an important role in preparing pieces for competition and help motivating her team. 

Currently, she is pursing her BS in psychology at Florida State University and excited for her second season with Artistry Dance Alliance. She is thrilled to continue her dance journey, share her passion for dance and help inspire the Artistry dancers! 


Faryn Scott

Faryn Scott was born and raised in Tallahassee and is currently pursuing her freshman studies at Tallahassee State College. She has been a valued member of Artistry Dance Alliance since its second season—first as a competitive dancer with the ADC, then as a classroom assistant, and now proudly serving as the Director’s Assistant.

For the past three years, Faryn has been honored to be part of Artistry’s administrative team and is excited to continue growing within a studio that reflects her own values and creative spirit. In the upcoming season, she will also be stepping into a teaching role, sharing her love for dance with younger students. Faryn has always believed that inspiring and uplifting others through dance is her true calling, and she looks forward to forming meaningful connections with her students—just as her own mentors at Artistry have profoundly shaped her journey.

She is thrilled to be part of Artistry’s tenth season, contributing as both an administrator and faculty member!

Autumn Simunek Conrad

Autumn Simunek Conrad has been with Artistry Dance Alliance for nine seasons. She began her training at the age of seven studying the Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet, modern, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, and musical theatre.

At an early age she captured the judges’ attention in pageantry with her lyrical dance performance, gaining her the title of Miss South Dakota’s Outstanding Teen 2007. Her 25 years in the dance community includes 15 years of training, 11 years of choreographing production numbers for pageants, multiple Miss South Dakota and Miss Florida contestant talent pieces, swing choirs, and dance teams and competition pieces. Being well trained in communication techniques, dance styles, and music led Autumn to the title of Miss South Dakota 2015 and to performing at the Miss America pageant live on ABC in Atlantic City, NJ.

Autumn was a featured dancer in her collegiate opera productions, and is a firm believer in continued professional development. Along with teaching dance for the past 19 years, Autumn continued her own dancing under the direction of Raena Rasmussen of LiRa Dance Theatre Company, Dana Alexa, and Eric Campros, and Tracy Stanfield of Broadway Dance Center, NY.

Autumn is a graduate of The University of South Dakota with her Bachelor of Music degree in K-12 Vocal Music Education. Autumn also works as a fitness instructor for The Glo, where she is certified in multiple fitness styles and enjoys blending her knowledge with her dance instruction. She is excited for another year to give back to the community of Tallahassee and work with Artistry Dance Alliance’s students to create a love of a dance in a safe, self-empowering, and fun environment

Demi Ulatowski

Demi Ulatowski is from Clearwater, Florida where she attended The Bridge Dance Complex and competed under their competitive dance program, West Florida Dance Company. She is currently attending Florida State University and receiving a political science degree and on the prelaw track. She began competitively dancing by the age of nine and stayed consistent ever since. Her passion and drive have allowed her to assist and travel with several choreographers and receive amazing opportunities. Her dream is to move to LA and become a professional dancer in the commercial dance realm. The experience she has gained in the commercial dance community and competitive side of dance has allowed her to be versatile for the future of dance.

Demi is thrilled and extremely grateful to teach and choreograph as a part of the faculty of Artistry Dance Alliance!
