The Motherhood Method: Floor + Core

A weekly class led by certified pre and postnatal trainer Autumn Simunek Conrad, focusing on reconnecting with your body, rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength, and easing back into movement with confidence. This class includes free childcare to kids under 1 year with our very own Artistry admin and RN, Lauren Shoemaker.

When: weekly on Tuesdays from 10am-10:45am

Where: Artistry Dance Alliance (3360 Raymond Diehl Business Ln Rd)

Price: $65 per month
