Logan Tharpe
Owner and Artistic Director
Logan Tharpe is an award-winning choreographer, dance educator, and the founder of Artistry Dance Alliance in Tallahassee, Florida. Known for her innovative, dynamic, and widely sought-after choreography, Tharpe’s work has earned numerous top honors and choreography awards at regional and national competitions. Her routines have been commissioned by studios, competitive dance teams, NFL Cheer teams, and Miss Florida pageants, consistently elevating dancers and programs to new levels of success.
A lifelong dancer, Tharpe began training at the age of two and went on to perform as a three-year member of the prestigious Florida State Golden Girls Dance Team. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Event Management from Florida State University, she began choreographing professionally, quickly building a reputation across Florida for creating impactful, original works.
In 2008, Tharpe relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where she joined a growing dance studio and, within a year, was named Company Director. Under her leadership, the competitive program flourished—expanding in size, reputation, and competitive prestige. Her firm-but-supportive approach, coupled with her deep care for her dancers, instilled discipline, resilience, and artistry in every student she trained.
In 2015, Tharpe returned to her hometown of Tallahassee, continuing to choreograph and teach master classes throughout North Florida before establishing Artistry Dance Alliance in 2016. Today, she is recognized not only for her award-winning choreography, but also for her commitment to developing confident, kind, and technically strong dancers who carry the lessons of the studio into all aspects of their lives.
Outside of the studio, Tharpe is a proud mother to her six-year-old daughter, Reyla, who inspires her daily and fuels her dedication to shaping the next generation of artists.
Elizabeth Kessler-Kelly, MA
Office Manager
Elizabeth (she/her) is originally from Maryland but has been a Floridian since she was 8 years old. She grew up dancing with Pofahl Studios, the resident ballet school of Dance Alive National Ballet, in Gainesville, FL. She is an alumna of Florida State University where she received her Master of Arts degree in Dance in 2019 and Bachelor of Science degrees in Communication Science and Disorders and International Affairs in 2014. While earning her graduate degree, she was given the opportunity to live and work in New York City as a dancer, choreographer, and intern at Steps on Broadway.
Her work has been performed at the Off-Broadway (NYC) production of The Secrets We Keep, The Lab Theatre at Florida State, CPR (Center for Performance Research) in Brooklyn, the FSU School of Dance, video productions, and more. She specializes in contemporary ballet but loves all forms of dance!
Elizabeth’s time as a Soloist with Dance Alive National Ballet, fitness instructor, graduate instructor and assistant at FSU School of Dance, and Marketing Intern with the School at Steps in NYC have given her a wide variety of experiences in both the performance and business sides of the dance world. She is excited to begin her eighth season with Artistry!
Faryn Scott
Director’s Assistant
Faryn Scott was born and raised in Tallahassee and is currently attending Tallahassee State College, where she is completing her Associate in Arts degree before transferring to Florida State University to pursue a degree in Political Science. She has been a valued member of Artistry Dance Alliance since its second season, beginning as a competitive dancer with the ADC before transitioning into roles as a class assistant and, most recently, Director’s Assistant.
Over the past several years, Faryn has had the opportunity to grow within Artistry in a variety of roles, gaining experience in both dance education and studio administration. As Director’s Assistant, she has become an integral part of the studio’s day-to-day operations while developing valuable skills in leadership, organization, and communication. She is excited to continue serving as Director’s Assistant and return for another year on Artistry’s faculty, where she will continue sharing her passion for dance and fostering a love for movement in every class she teaches. Her experience at Artistry has reinforced her appreciation for the importance of mentorship and creating a positive environment for students to learn and grow.
Faryn believes dance has the power to inspire confidence, individuality, and meaningful connections. She is proud to continue growing with Artistry Dance Alliance and is honored to be part of the studio’s eleventh season as both an administrator and faculty member.
Lauren Shoemaker
Event Management
Lauren, a Tallahassee native, grew up dancing competitively. She eventually stepped away to pursue a career in nursing and start a family, but her love for dance remained. When her daughter began dancing, she found herself back in a the studio - this time behind the scenes. Her unique perspective as both a former competitive dancer and a parent gives her a special insight into what it takes to thrive in the dance world today.
Lauren is super excited to be a part of the team at Artistry. Spending her time not only where she can share her passion with others, but a place that shares the same values and visions she finds so important.
Io Ermoli
Company Management
Io Ermoli is an artist from Savannah, Georgia where she trained and competed for thirteen years at Gretchen Greene School of Dance. Inspired by how her dance teachers influenced her, Io became a dance assistant and teacher for 7 years. Her love and passion for dance grew during her time as a Florida State University Dance major and expanded to include dance film, conditioning, projection work, and music composition. She’s had the opportunity to present choreographic works films at multiple festivals including the San Francisco Dance Film Festival, Open Doors North America, Digital Grafitti, and multiple festivals in New York City. Now a proud graduate with a BFA in dance, she is pursuing a career in performance, choreography, and arts administration.
She couldn’t be more excited for her fifth season with the Artistry Family!
Bianca Singlemann

Bianca began dancing as a young child and quickly developed a love for hip-hop, jazz, and tap. Originally from New York, she later moved to North Carolina with her family while her husband served in the military. After eventually settling in Ocala, dance found its way back into Bianca’s life through her oldest daughter, who started dancing at just three years old.
Watching her daughter discover the joy, confidence, and creativity that dance brings rekindled Bianca’s own passion for the art. Since then, dance has become a meaningful part of her family’s journey and a wonderful way to connect with the studio community. Bianca is excited to continue supporting and celebrating the dancers around her while sharing in the joy that dance brings to children and families.
Morgan Carder

Morgan Carder was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, and is currently attending Tallahassee State College, where she is pursuing her Associate in Arts degree. She has been a part of Artistry Dance Alliance since its second season, beginning her journey with the studio as a competitive dancer.
Having spent so much of her time at the studio, she has developed a deep appreciation for the environment, relationships, and opportunities that Artistry provides its dancers. She is grateful for the experiences and mentors who have helped shape her throughout her time at the studio and is excited to continue giving back to the place that has played such an important role in her life.
Morgan is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where dancers feel comfortable challenging themselves, building confidence, and developing their own love for dance. She looks forward to continuing to grow working with Artistry and sharing her passion for dance with the next generation of dancers.
